1. Entertainment only

Decoded Dog produces AI-generated glamour-shot portraits of your dog from a photo you upload, along with a fun personality card. These are for entertainment and personal enjoyment only. The personality card is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or training advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health-related concerns.

2. Preview & purchase

You can preview your dog's glamour shots for free, as watermarked images, before you buy. When you complete checkout, you purchase the specific shot(s) you selected — delivered immediately at full resolution and watermark-free, both on-screen and by email (typically within a few minutes). If you don't receive your email, check your spam folder; if it is still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.

3. All sales are final — no refunds

Each glamour shot is a custom digital item generated for your dog, and you see a free preview of the exact image before you pay. All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout, you confirm you have previewed your selection and waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange.

4. Accuracy

Glamour shots and personality cards are generated by AI models. The portraits are an artistic reimagining of your dog and may not be a literal likeness, and the personality card is playful guesswork that may be inaccurate, generic, or inconsistent with your dog's actual personality. We make no warranty as to accuracy.
